  • How can I be assured that I will receive what I ordered and that it will be good quality?

All items will be described as accurately as possible to give as much detail as possible.  The Zoom feature will assist in seeing more detail. The photos on the website are photos of the actual items.

  • What happens if the size is not what I expected?

    Every item will indicate the dimensions. It is up to you to ensure that you are satisfied with the size as there will be no returns for incorrect sizes ordered unless it is due to a fault on our side.

  • What payment options do you provide?

    At this stage, we have 3 payment options: COD for local deliveries/pickups, Direct Bank Transfer (EFT) or through Payfast.

  • How do I know whether there is stock available?

    As our products move fast and are acquired through various suppliers, we do not always have up to date stock availability. All products are available while stocks last. If there is no stock available when you order, most often there will be more stock coming later and you can place on backorder.

  • What is the delivery lead time?

    As long as the stock is available, lead times will vary between overnight and 2 – 4 days for unbranded stock and 5 – 7 days for personalised branding orders.

  • How does the shipping costs work?

    Free collection can be arranged from Durban North. Alternatively, your order can be couriered anywhere in the country. The cost is added on checkout at a flat rate of R100 ex vat. Free shipping anywhere for orders over R1000.00 ex vat.

  • How can I trust you to deliver and not just take my money?

    It is not easy to build trust online. I work very hard to establish trust and there are many past customers that can vouch for me. Also, there is nothing more awful than getting shamed on Social Media and I would NEVER want that to happen to me!

  • What if something goes wrong with my order?

    Sometimes things do go wrong. It happens to the best of us, small and big companies. How we handle the situation can make or break us. If I am wrong, I will accept responsibility and make good. If it is something over which I have no control, each case will be handled on its own merit. Should goods need to be returned, it will be at your cost. Please check your order on delivery and advise within 24 hours if there are any obvious problems. Should a fault be discovered at a later stage, the issue will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

    I guarantee that I will respond quickly to your orders and make it a priority to get your goods to you as soon as possible.

  • What branding options do you offer?

    Different products have different branding options. Some options are preferable to others and if you are not au fait with branding options and what will look best on your chosen product, rather discuss with us first.

  • What format is required for the branding?

    If it is only text, then all we require is the name of the font. If there is artwork or graphics involved, we require vector pdf. Contact us if more information is required.
